The Clerk called the roll and the followin members answered. to
their names: Councilman Gossage, McCargar,. Tarr., aideIIealey, Absent
Councilmen Vestal, Strad_ling- and Mayor Horwege.
READING OF JOURNAL'
The minutes of a regular meeting of September 15th,, and a re :
adjourned meeting of September 17th and a regular adjourned meeting
f of September 19th were read and approved as recorded.

The Clerk reported the bond of Willison , ;tnd Foster, also the
contract for the bridge. Filed
The Clerk presented affidavit of publication of Homer ,5ood
Printer and- publisher of the "Petaluma Daily Courier" for the publication
of "Resolution of Intention No. 620. Filed.
The Clerk presented affidavit of E. S. Shaver for the posting
of notices of improvement, as per Resolution of Intention No. 620. Filed
The monthly report of the Audi for for the month of September-
was read and. ordered filed.
The monthly report of the Police Judge for the month of S;eptem-
b.er was' read and or .ered filed.
The monthly report of the Pound_na,ster ,,sac read 5,11d ordered
fi led.
The Clerk reported that h1r. Art S. Newburg took oath of" office
as Deputy City Clerk. Councilman Healey reported .hat with the completion
of t1 e oiling of Howard st. all street, improvement will end for t.hl,� season..
