NEW BUS'IT The meeting was c -lled for the advis;ab %ility of dismissing the suit against :the Petaluma Power arid. Water Company. F.1 Faud.e of tiie Railroad Commissioners, President A.B. Hill of the Water Company, and T. J! Geary were present.. The ,Hater Company agreed to meet with the 1 aouncil at P_n time and to arrange with that body to install larger mains where needed, and also mains to supply hydrants, the dater Coitpa to be allowed a rate which Yvill raring it legal returns allo;lied on its investment, lative to the impurity of the water,it was proven that the city is Inow receiving water that is positively pure and free from I germs.
