The City Attorney stated that he had written'to "Colonel Rees and <asked permission for the wharfinger to file t(e statistics of Trade end Shipping for August and September. Colonel Rees in answer,stated that 11e'Iwould be glad to send a representative here to assist Mr. Studdert in sys>tema,tizing the work, The City Attorney read a letter the Strauss Bascue Bridge Co., in regard to the bitumen for the Washington Street bridge. Fire Chief Adams ad-dressed the Co and told of the damage done the Fire Alarm System by a crossed wire. He was direct to take the matter up a.t once with the Great 7liestern Power Company. N. -B. Ingerson brought up the matter of the Spring Street sewer, again. Same: was discussed at length, and-no action taken. 4"74 AZJOUR rLELT.
