Minutes of a regular meeting of December 15th, December 22nd, and a reg adjourned meeting of December 23rd, were read and ap proved as recorded. REPORT OF OI'FICERS. T17e monthly report of the Police Judge for the month of December ti7as read. Re},ort shows the tbtal collection of fines tom = p81.00. FILED. 11 monthly report of J.W. Studdert for :Fiver Statistics was read and placed on file. The rnonthly report of the Pound Master for the month of December was read and placed on file. The :Clerk presented affidavit of publice.ti.on of Homer W. Woad for - the publication of Ordin .nce No. 114. The Clerk presented Certificate of appointment of C.R. 01infield, W. J. Edckey, and F Snow as commis ioners in the Douglas Street Cutter. FILED. FILED A communication was received from property owners on Laurel Avenue protesting against the iit1i)rovement.of said street. No Action. FILED. A communication Giggey & Durst asking for an extension .of time for the improvement of Galland Street. Same was ;,;ranted- by unanimous vote and the Superintendent of streets was instructe accordingly. - A communication was received from Aa Peterson for the transfer of his liouor license to Johnson & McGovern.
