Councilman Gossage addressed the Council on the-nadds of the
City.and urged immediate steps-fo be taken for many 1ocal
improvdment:s and recommended a bond issue for said.purposese
The matter was taken up later by resolutions
City Assessor Hopkins asked that his telephone be placed on
a private 'line i-nstead of a two-party. li-be. Same- Was granted.
The City Clark we[s directed to purchase two copies,of the
