The minutes of a regular meeting of March 2nd and 'a special
meeting of March 12th were read and approved,.

-`City Attorney Hall read a letter from the Engineer of the War
Department stating that no permit was necessary for the t,empor-ary bridge
across the river, but same must be removed as soonas the new bridge
was completed.
