REPORT OF OFFICERS The following reports were presented and ordered fi. Re,solutjon of .Intention No. 699, also affidavit of Posting Notice of Improvement as per Resolution saf Intention No 699. -`City Attorney Hall read a letter from the Engineer of the War Department stating that no permit was necessary for the t,empor-ary bridge across the river, but same must be removed as soonas the new bridge was completed.
