Mayor Horwege' in the chair. PRESENT: Councilmen G'ossage., Walsh, McCargar, Tour, Healey,' Stradling, and Mayor Horwege. F The minutes of a regular meet`ing,of May 18th; and the special meet- ing of .May were read and approved. REPORT OF OFFICERS. Report of Police Judge for 'the month of May. !; Report of Pound•Master for the month of May. �.' Report of J. W. S"tuddert', :River Statistics, for the month of May. The Clerk reported that the contract. for labor, mat6rial; and also contract for 'f performance for K Kentucky,'and Fourth Sts. were on file and approved. . Resolution ordering the following work to be done, to?it;: At "H" St. on the property lines thereof and the North line of Sixth St.., and the South bank of.Petaluma Creek, excepting its intersections with Third,. Fourth,, and Fifth Sts., to be graded for its entire width to a sub - grade, and the'Rod with crushed rock, guttered with concrete, and curbed with basalt; and also three concrete culverts will be constructed on said "H'! St. improve- ment, and requested the C.ounc.il t °o it so that it may be formally acce'p,ted. .Street Superintendent was directed to e4.tend the "G" St. sewer so that the Street Contractors can complete the improvement of that street.
