REGULAR MEETING*
Council Chambers, June 15th, 1914.
A,meeting of the City Council was held this 15th day of June, 1914, at
7:30 o'clock, P.. M. Mayor Horwege in the Chair.
PRESENT:- Councilmen Gossage,, Walsh.,, McCargar., Torr,. Heatey,.Stradling, and
Mayor Horwege.
The minutes of a regular meeting of June lst,, and special meeting
of June 8th, were read and approved*

Report of Treasurer for the month of May.
Report of Auditor for the month of.May.
The Clerk presented affidavit of publication of Ordinance No. 118;,
also affidavit for publishing and posting of Resolution of Intention No.
751 by Homer S. Wood and E. S,. Shaver.

Report of Finance Committee was read and same recommended for payment by
the following resolution.

Introduced by Councilman Healey, seconded By Councilman McCargar.
Adopting the report,of the Finance Committee and recommending the payment
of said claims. Same was adopted by seven affirmative votes. Noes none.

"That Howard Street between the property lines the.r , f rom the. Northerly
line of,-Oak Street to a. line meeting, the. angle.•point at the turn of said
Howard Street, of 191 f eet Noythwes,t of Galland Street ,, and to the
Northerly line of lot .599 be graded to a subgrade for its entire width,
and'the roadway macadamized with crushed rock,,,,guttered with concrets, and
,curbed with basalt. All culverts will be constructed on said Hoyiard Street
according to the plans and specifications therefor..._

Bids for the fiscal year ending June 30th- 1915, for the official

bidder, and the bid being same as last year the Company
was awarded the contract.
