The bids were publicly opened, examined and declared. Same were referred to C.o=ittee< was a whole, and the bid of F. G. Shaver viz cut '25¢ per cu. yard, filling, nothing,.. Macamad zi ng 7Q ¢� r per sq. ft. curb. 20¢ per li. ft. gutter 18� per sq ft. concrete . 6 culvert each. iron culvert $' each. The above being the lowest bid submitted the same was by the following resolution awarded to the said F. G. Shaves. RESOLUTION OF AWARD 788 Whereas the Council of the City of Petaluma did in open session of the 20th day of July,1914 publicly opened, examined and declared .` all sealed proposals for bids for doing the following work in the said City Rio -wit: :4 tl.ie improvement of Howard Street r The Council ° hereby rejects all sai bids and proposals except - - 2p Ht next herein mentioned and hereby award the c oritract for doing the work and. improvement to lowest responsible, bidder to -wit: F.G:Shaver for doing said work.
