ABSENT :.NONE READING OF JOURBAL The minutes of a regular meeting of October 19th were read and approved. The Clerk presented affidavit of Publication of "Award of Con - tract" Bassett Street Sewer by J. E.. Olmsted., also Clerk`'s affidavit : of Posting same. A Communication was presented by Gig`ey arid Durst'in reference to a setTrer along the center line of Keller Street, betwean Oak and West Streets, as two property owners would not sign up for the workF, ,. they urged the Council to order the work done at once before the completion of the, Street. NEW BUSINESS The City Engineer presented plans, specifications and, estimates for the construction of a dewer along :Keller Street from the north line of Galland Street to-the-manhole at the intersection of Keller and Kent, same were adopted by the following resoluti RESOLUTION TJ'0 '862- C.S. Adopting the plans, specifications and estimate for the construction of a sewer aloi:ig the center line of Keller Street from a po nt' feet south of the'.south line of Galland Street. The matter of tanking, cardson telephone and telegraph poles was brought up by Councilman McCargar: T #e matter was referred to the `- Attorney to take up the question with the public Utilityre Companies Councilman TvlcCargar in behalf of the Fire Department asked for a space in the corridor for a work shop.
