Mayor Horwe -, in . chair. PRESENT: Councilman bIcCargar, Tom, Stradling Bee.ley, Early, and. Mayor Horwege. ABSENT: Councilman Goss Reading of journal. The minutes of a regular meeting of November 16, and a regular adjourned maetin of November 23, were read and ap: roved. as recorded. REPORT OF OFFI" RS The following reports of officers were read, received and placed on file: Police Judge for the month of November. J`. IV. Studde'rt , rrive >r Statistics for t,)Te month of October. Pound- I,Iaster`s report for the month of November. City Attorney made a verbal report that he had t'ec:ured the necessary right of way from the Coulson Co. and others for the sewer to be built on upper Main Street. The sewer right was given free by the owners of the property.
