notice of Sale of Bonds by J. A. Olmsted of the Petaluma Argus. Filed.

THEREOF, and to F. B.. SINGLEY, City Clek and Ex Officio Clerk o -' the
City of Petaluma.
The undersigned °Banks of the City of Petaluma do hereby offer and.
bid Twenty Thousand ($20,,000.00.) Dollars for the Twenty thousand (20,000)
twent -y (20) year Five (,5f) per cent bonds of the City of Petaluma,
issued by.said City for the improvement of Washington Street as the
samepare' described_ and particularly referred to in Ordinance number
124 C. ; and
The undersigned hereby agree that they will permit the payment or.
redemption of said bonds, or any part thereof, by said City at any

Directing the Clerk to advertise for bids for the removal of
the blocks and. asphalt grom Washinp';ton Street from the West side
of Hopper Street to the east side of Main Street. Adopted by six
affirmative votes. Noes: None. Absent: Early.
