Washington Street Bonds to the se veral banks.
City Attorney made a verbal report of the matter of the case
of Arthur 'STS. the City. He had argued same at Sacramento and the ca,-,c,
has been submitted, he also reported on Douglas Street opening show-
ing what steps had 'been 'taken and the future action necessar`,.

the next regular meeting for ado ption, also

Street from Washington Street to a point 600 feet northwesterly
therefroin. They were also laid. over for future consideration
