noon, and to decide what action should be taken.
t J. L. Dinwiddie addressed -the Council relative to the
purchase by' the -City of his property for the opening of Liberty St:. -
through to Cherry !St, The City Attorney advised that the 'City could
not legally pur`chas'e the property. The matter was left open for future
legal action.

addressed the CouncAl and asked. that I. B. Raymond be. required to
