.A meeting of 'the Qity Council was held this 6th day of
Aug , 1915, at 7.30 o' cl,6ck. Mayor Horwege in the chair.

A communication was read from Eaton Smith in regard to
finishing the.el,ectrolier bases in accordance with tTeir contract.
As the Council had not yet decided on the standard for the
electrol er.s Mr. Johns,, Engineer agreed_ to wait until this
matt was "sett:lea which would be on the 16th.
.A co.rnunication was read from_the ,Ce1ntral, Labor Council,
L. A, Hall, S.ecretary., indorsing the proposition of removing all
wooden awnings . Flea.
A communication was read from Parrot & CO. quoting 'a
prica on one complete Smith Hoot Asphalt Plant f.o.b. San Francisco
for the sum of 4192.5.00.

Adopting specifications for the installationof eledtroliers
on Kashington St. as submitted by the City Engineer, and the
Clerk directed to advertise f.or bids for the construction of
smame. Adopted by 6 affirmative votes. Noes, none. Absent,
Gouncilman Early.

Be it resolved that the City Attorney be, and he hereby

i directed to draw a `lease with °Parrott:& Co.: for a'Smith Hot
Mixer, No. 11; as per letter of Parrott & Co,. dated- July 19th,,

1915, and the Mayor be and he is hereby directed to execute said
lease for and on behalf of the City of Petaluma,,, it
that the 'City of Petaluma will accept- said mixer, f..o..b. San
Francisco.

Councilman Healy suggested that 'a wall should be put at the
end of Seaond St. It was decided to build a concrete wall and the
matter referred to the Board of Public Wo.r with power to act.
