AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE
AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE, FURNISHINGS
AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE NEW CITY HALL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF- PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following furniture, furnishings and
equipment shall be purchased for installation and use in the New

Section 2. That said furniture,jurnishings and equipment to
be purchased, pursuant to this Ordinance, shall conform with those

certain specifications entitled: "Specifications for Furniture;:.
Furnishings and Equipment for the New City Hall,- -Petaluma, Calif-
ornia;' filed in the office of the City Clerk on the 25th day of
October, 1954, which said specifications are hereby approved.
Section 3. That said furniture, furnishings and equipment
shall be purchased from the lowest responsible bidder, after
advertising for bids in the manner, form and for the period
required by the City Charter.
Section 4. That the cost of said - furniture, furnishings
and equipment shall be charged to and paid out of the "Equipment
Replacement Fund ".
Ordered posted this 25th day of October, 1954.

public place in the'City of Petaluma, to --wit: In front of the
City Hall on the 26th day of October, 1954.
I hereby certify that the whole number of members of the
Council of the City of Petaluma is seven, and that the foregoing
ordinance was passed by the Council at its meeting.of the lst day
of November, 1954, by the following vote, to -wit
AYES: Councilmen Adams, Bigelow, Brown, Norwood, Schwobeda and
Mayor Schoeningh.
NOES : None.
