That said furniture,jurnishings and equipment to be purchased, pursuant to this Ordinance, shall conform with those J certain specifications entitled: "Specifications for Furniture;:. Furnishings and Equipment for the New City Hall,- -Petaluma, Calif- ornia;' filed in the office of the City Clerk on the 25th day of October, 1954, which said specifications are hereby approved. Section 3. That said furniture, furnishings and equipment shall be purchased from the lowest responsible bidder, after advertising for bids in the manner, form and for the period required by the City Charter. Section 4. That the cost of said - furniture, furnishings and equipment shall be charged to and paid out of the "Equipment Replacement Fund ". Ordered posted this 25th day of October, 1954.
