Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political topics. Cheryl Coldiron, Petaluma, opposes the installation of the public art installation "A Fine Balance" in the historic district. Kathy Meyers, Petaluma, encouraged Council to renew the commitment to preserving the historic Water Street district.
