Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives.

Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of political topics.
Dennis Pocekay, Petaluma, expressed concern about the lack of housing and about rent
gouging in the community.
Gabriella Orantes, Petaluma, is concerned about Little Woods Mobile Home Villa raising the rent
and about safety issues at the park.
Catalina Bamegare, Petaluma, thanked Council for their support concerning rent control at Little
Woods Mobile Home Villa.
Terri Agbodike, Petaluma, is concerned about housing including evictions without just cause and
price gouging.
Zahyra Garcia, Petaluma, asked Council to address the issue of affordable housing within the
community, specifically the Latino community.
Candace Stump, Petaluma, is concerned about property managers mistreating tenants during
this housing crisis.
Zen Destiny, Sebastopol, spoke on a variety of political topics.

NOTE: At the February 26, 2018 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting, during
discussion of this item, the City Attorney advised Council that with respect to the
Council's direction to accommodate contractors of cannabis permittees under
Council's cannabis regulations that although staff had hoped such changes
could be accomplished easily, on further review, staff had concluded that such
changes would require more extensive Council discussion and direction and
possible revision to the City's cannabis ordinance as well as the implementing
regulations. Council received that information and gave no direction to staff
regarding further changes to the City's cannabis regulations. Because of this,
Resolution 2017-182 N.C.S. was finalized with no changes.
Mayor Glass announced that Council would take a short break.

Affiliate of The Ratio Group of Companies, Inc., for Solid Waste, Recyclable
Materials and Yard Trimmings Services to Recology Sonoma Marin (Recology), a
Subsidiary of Recology Incorporated, and Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute an Amendment to the Franchise Agreement upon Satisfaction of the
Conditions Precedent Contained in the Ordinance.
