GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Glass opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
Misty Guy, Customer Service Representative and Volunteer Coordinator, Petaluma Animal
Services Foundation (PASF), described the work environment as unhealthy and said she would
like to see a sustainable change in current management of the shelter.
Andy Christensen, former employee at PASF, spoke in support of current employees' complaints
and spoke about PASF management "marginalizing" their employees.
Kathy Souza, Cat Care Coordinator, PASF, told Council she is concerned about the current
working environment at the shelter and the lack of response from the board regarding her
repeated complaints.
Mark Scott, Senior Animal Control Officer at PASF, supports the complaints of his co-workers, and
is also concerned about the board's lack of response to an unhealthy work environment and
asked Council to get involved.

park where she lives.
