AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF RESTROOMS
ON THE CITY PROPERTY IN KENILWORTH PARK.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF PETALU3VLA AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1. That the City of Petaluma shall "cause,restrooms
to be constructed on the property ofzihe.City in Kenilworth Park
between East "D" and Washington Streets, as shown - on the plan and
specifications approved by the City 'Engineer-, entitled, "Restrooms,
Kenilworth Park ", filed with the City-Clerk, which said plan and
specifications are hereby approved and - adopted.
Section 2'. That said work shall be done by.contract awarded
to the lowest responsible bidder after advertising in the manner,
form and period required by the City Charter.
Section 3. That the cost of said work shall be paid out of

the General Fund and charged to Budget Section 142.550.
Ordered posted this 21st day of March, 1955.
