DROWN' AN ORDINANCE A'JPENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 340 N. C. S. BY - REZONING FROM • ZONE. OR DISTRICT TO "R -1 "11 -2 - AND "11-3" ZONES OR DIS- TRICT;: NORTH OF BRIDGE STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN- CIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That pursuant to pro- ceeding duly and regularly had before the Planning Commission and tills City Council, including hearings noticed ',and held by the .Planning Coumussion, and the filing by it with. 'the -, City , Council of a report 011' the ,application filed by Ben M. Woodworth, and:, hearings noticed No. 340' N. C.. S., the City Council h0ieby , finds, that the public neces- sity and convenience and the gen- eral "welfare ;require that Ordinance No.,. 340 N. 'C. S. be and the same is hereby,, amended to provide for the" following' changes in the re- classification from "M" zone or dis- trict to - - "R4 ", "R' -2" and "R -3" zones or' districts- as .set forth in Sections 2, 3 and 4.hereof. A strip of land 260.0 feet in width lying 100.0 feet east of the east line of the Northwestern Pacific Rail- road right -of -way and parallel to said east line and extending from the northerly line of the Elizabeth Woudworth property described in deed, recorded in Book 1289 of Of- flciai Records, Page 46, Sonoma County Records to the north line of the City of Petaluma.
