TION 3.1 OF THE SUBDIVISION
ORDINANCE NO. 132 N. C. S. FOR
THE PURPOSE OF FIXING A FEE
OF TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS
($25500) PLUS SIXTY., DOLLARS
($60.00) PER LOT, OR THREE HUN-
DRED DOLLARS ($300.00) PER
ACRE, WHICHEVER - IS'• LARGER,
FOR FILING A TENTATIVE MAP
FOR ANY SUBDIVISION OF FIVE
(5) OR MORE LOTS „AND :REPEAL•
ING ORDINANCE NO. 267 N. C. S.
BE IT ;ORDAINED BY THEi COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Section 3A of the
Subdivision Ordinance •No. 132 N. C.
S., be and the same is here :amended
to read as
Section 3.1 Filing Tentative Map
and Payment of Fee. Any person
desiring or intending to divide land
owned by him, in the City of Peta-
luma into a subdivision shall cause
six (6) copies of a tentative map,
and a statement of the proposed -
subdivision of any land, to be filed
with the Planning Commission at
the office of the Director of Public
Works. A filing fee of 'twenty -five
dollars ($25.00) shall be paid to the
City for. any subdivision of five (5)
or more lots at the time of filing
said copies of ° tentative 'map. In
addition to said last mentioned fee
said subdivider of five (5) lots or
more shall pay at the time of the
filing said copies "'of tentative map
an additional fee of sixty dollars
($60.00) for each lot, or three huri-
Bred dollars ($300:00) for each acre,
whichever results in a greater
amount, shown on said map.

full once in the Petaluma Argus- Courier, a daily paper of general
circulation, published within the City of Petaluma, to -wit
August'31, 1955, and that the said Petaluma Argus - Courier is the
official newspaper of the City of Petaluma.
I hereby certify that the whole number of members of the
Council of the City of Petaluma is seven, and that the foregoing
ordinance was passed by the Council at its meeting of the 7th
day of September, 1955, by the following vote, to -wit:
AWES: Councilman Bigelow, Brown, Gustafson, Norwood and
Mayor- Sc-hoeningh.
NOES: 'Council-man King .
ABSENT; Councilma Adams.
