BY REZONING PARCELS AN- NEXED TO THE .CITY !SINCE JULY 7. 1954FROM "l7" ZONES'OR DIS- TRICTS TO OTHER SPECIFIED ZONES OR DISTRICTS. BE IT ',ORDAINED BY THE COUN CIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the City Council finds that the Planning Commission filed with the City Council on the 7th day of November 1955, its 'report, as set forth in its Resolution No. 40, recemmeinding the adoption of amendments to the' Zoning Ordi- nance No. 340 N. C. S. by reclassify- ing -and, rezoning parcels annexed to - the City since July. '1. 1954 from "U" zones or districts to other 'speci- fied zones or districts, as follows, to wit: 1. Section 5. That pursuant to Section 11.15 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 340 N. C. C. S. Section 3. That pursuant to Sec- tion 11.15 of said Zoning : Ordinance No. .340 N. C. S., as. amended by Ordinance No. 405 N. C. S., the City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 340 N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re- zone the property described in Sub- section 1 of Section 1 hereof from a "U" zone or district to an 11 R - zone or district, as recommended by `said Planning Commission, and`as shown on the .map 'hereunto annexed, marked Exhibit I; hereby' referred to and by this reference made a part of this -ordinance. . Section 4. That pursuant to Section 11.15 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 340 N. C S., as amended by Ordi- nance No. 405 N. C. S., the City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance - No. 340 N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re- zone the property described in Sub - section 2 of Section 1 hereof from a "U' zone or district to ,an 1 B, -1" zone: or district; as recommended by said Planning Commission, and as shown on the, map hereunto annexed, marked Exhibit II, hereby referred to and by this reference made a nance No. 405 N: , C. S., the City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 34,0 N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re- zone the property described in Sub- section 3 of Section 1 hereof from a "U" zone or district to a "C -11' zone or district, as recommended by said Planning Commission, and as show on the map hereunto annexed.. marked Exhibit II, hereby referred to and by this reference made a part of this ordinance. Section 6. That pursuant to Section 11.15 of said Zoning Ordinance No, 340 N. C. S., as amended by Ordi- nance No. 405 N. C. S., the City Council hereby adopts an amendment to said Zoning Ordinance No. 340 N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re- zone the property described in Sub- section 4 of Section 1 hereof from a "U" zone or district to an "R -11" zone or district, as recommended by' said Planning Commission, and as shown on the map hereunto annexed, marked' Exhibit III, hereby referred to and by this reference made a part of .this ordinance. Section 7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this ordinance in the Petaluma Argus Courier, the offi- cial newspaper of the City, including said maps showing the - description of said properties being reclassified and rezoned hereunder, for the per. iod and in the manner required by the City Charter.
