Dan St. John, F.ASCE — Director, Public Works & Utilities
Jeff Stutsman, PE — Senior Civil Engineer
SUBJECT: Errata to staff report, Agenda Item #5.A.
Resolution Approving a Request to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission
for the Association of Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Transportation Development Act
Article 3 Pedestrian/Bicycle Project Funding
In the staff report of the above-named subject matter, some incorrect information was inadvertently
included. The Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee was set to meet on March 6, 2019, but
consequently the meeting was canceled. The information wasn't corrected in the staff report based on that
cancelation. The corrections are as follows:
Background, paragraph 2:
"On April 3, 2019, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee will review the project for the use of
TDA3 funds and provide any comments to staff."
Previously: "On March 6, 2019, the Pedestrian and Bicycle Advisory Committee reviewed and
recommended Council approval for the project for the use of TDA3 funds."
Discussion, last paragraph:
"Upon approval by City Council, staff will submit the grant application on or before the April 15, 2019
deadline, and expect a decision in June."
Previously: "Upon approval by City Council, staff will submit the grant application on March 19, 2019
and expect a decision in June."
