ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR. THE CONSTRUCTION OF
D ROADS IN OAK HILL PARK; ADOPTING THE SPECI-
ATIONS FOR SAID WORK; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT
SAID WORK OUT OF THE UNBUDGETED RESERVE FUND;
DETERMINING THAT THE ORDINANCE IS URGENT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA AS FOLLOWS:
on 1. That two roads, curb and gutter, and drainage facilities
shall be, constructed in accordance with the specifications entitled, "Street,
Construction m Oak Hill Park prepared by the City Engineer, which said
