AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. . 340
N. C. S. BY RECLASSIFYING CON- -
WAY PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 1,
LOCATED, AT THE MOST SOUTH-
ERLY END OF "B" STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE COUN-
CIL OF THE "C_ITY OF PETALUMA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council
finds that the Planning Commission
filed with the City Council on the
19th day of, November, 1956, .its re-
nart, ns set forth in its Resolution
No. 67, recommending the adoption
of an amendment to the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 340 N. C. S. by reclassify-
ing and rezoning Conway Park Sub-
division No. 1, located at the most
^ut.herly end of "B" Street, from an
"13-1" and "U" zones or. districts to
other specified zones or districts, as
follows, to wit:
t. The rezoning and reclassifying
from an "R -1" zone or district to an
"H.M" zone or district of the follow -
1ng described property. Said property
is "a portion of Conway Park Subdi-
vision No. 1, located at the` most
southerly end of "B" Street;, situated
in the City of Petaluma, County of
Sonoma. State of California and be-
i.ie more particularly described as
follows: -
Commencing at a point on the
north boundary of the Roy Keiser
property from which mint the north -
east corner of Lot 1, Linda Vista
Subdivision, as shown on map re-
corded in Book 47 of Maps at page
12, Sonoma County Records bears
north 16' 13' east 124.22 feet distant;
thence from said noint of commence-
ment south 89' 56' east 52.05 feet to
the true point of beginning of the
nareel of land to be rezoned from
"R -1" to "H -M ": thence from said

2. The rezoning and reclassifying
from a "U" zone or, district to an
"H-M" zone or district of the follow-
ing described property. Said property
is a portion of Conway Park Subdivi-
sion No. 1, located at the most south-
erly end of "B" Street, situated in
the City of 'Petaluma, County of So-
noma, State of California and being
more particularly described as fol-

3. The - rezoning and reclassifying
from a "U zone or district to an
"R -l" zone or district of the following
described property. Said property is
a portion -of Conway Park Subdivision
No. 1, located at the most southerly
end of "B" Street, situated ini the
City of Petaluma, County.of Sonoma;
State of California and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest cor-
ner of Rosenbloom Subdivision as
recorded in Book 69 of Maps; page
13, Sonoma County Record's; thence
north 00' 15' 30" east 140:0 feet;
thence north 89' 56' west 3.35 feet;_
thence curving to the left with a ra-
dius of 60.0 feet for a distance of
66.95 feet; thence south 26' 08' east
53:30 feet' thence curving to the left
with a radius of 250.0 feet for a dts-
tance of 61.62 feet; thence south 89'
44' 30" east 100._23 feet to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. The City Council further
finds that said Planning Commission
held a hearing on said proposed
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
No. 340 N. C. S. on the 16th day of
October, 1956, after having given no-
tice of said hearing in the manner,
for the period and in the form re-
ouired by said Ordinance No. 340 N.
C. S„ as amended by Ordinance No.
405 N. C. S.
Section 3. That pursuant to Sec-
tion 11.15 of said Zoning Ordinance
No. 340 N. C. S., as amended by Or-
dinance No. 405 N. C. S., the City
Council hereby, adopts an amendment
to said Zoning Ordinance No. 340
N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re-
zone the property described in Sub-
section 1 of Section l hereof from an
"R -1" zone or district to. an "H -M"
zone or district, as recommended by
said Planning Commission, and as
shown on the map hereunto annexed,
hereby referred to and by this refer-
ence made a part of this ordinance.
Section 4. That pursuant to Sec-
tion 1 of said s^,oning Ordinance
No. 340 N. C. S., as amended by Or-
dinanee No. 405 N. C. S., the City
Council hereby adopts ari amendment
to said Zoning Ordinance No'. 340
N. C. S., so as to reclassify and re-
zone the property described In Sub-
section 2 of Section 1 hereof from
a "U" zone or district to an "H -M"
zone or district, as recommended by
said Planning Commission, and as
shown on the map hereunto annexed,
hereby referred to and by this ref-
erence made a part of this ordinance.
Section 5. That pursuant to Sec-
tion 11.15 of said Zoning Ordinance
No. 340 N. C. S., as amended by Or-
dinance No. 405 - N. C. S., the City
Council hereby adopts an amendment
to said Zoning Ordinance No. 340
N. C. Sl, so as to reclassify and re-
zone the property described in Sub -
section 3 of Section 1 hereof from a
"U zone or district to an "R -1" zone
or district. as recommended by said
Planning Commission, and as shown
on the ,map hereunto annexed, here -
by referred to and by this reference
made dart of this ordinance.
Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby
dirert -d to nuhlish this ordinance in
the Petaluma Argus Courier, the of-
ficial newspaper of the City, includ-
ing said map showing the description
of said property to be reclassified
and rezoned hereunder, for the per-
iod and in the manner required by
the City. Charter.

Council at its meeting of the 3rd day of December, 1956, by the following vote
