McCausland AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DEFACING OF PUBLIC PROPERTY BELONGING TO THE CITY OF PETALUMA AND MAKING THE VIOLATION THEREOF A MISDEMEANOR. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA, AS FOLLOWS Section 1 . Every person who wilfully writes upon, paints upon, defaces, cuts, .changes, alters or mutilates any building, street, sidewalk, lamppost, pole, bench, chair, table or other property belonging to the City of Petaluma is guilty of a misdemeanor.
