A'N. ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER. VI, ARTICLE II, 'SECTION
6.12 OF. THEE PETALUMA. CITY CODE OF. 1958 TO PROVIDE FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF' PERMANENT BICYCLE LICENSE AND
REPEALING . SECTIONS
NS 6.13 AND 6.11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE' CITY OF PETALUMA, AS FOLLOWS,;
Section 1. Chapter VI,, Article 1.1, -Section "6. of. the Petaluma City Code
of 19,58 is hereby amended to read as followlsl,-
"Section 6..12. Duration-.; All bicycle licenses' heretofore or hereafter
issued shall he of indefinitel duration.. `'
Section 2. Sections 6..1.3 and 6. 14 of "Chapter VI, Article 11 of the Petaluma
City Code of 1958 are hereby repealed.

Ordinance for the period and in the manner requiried by the City Chatter.
