APTE'R, 6 OF THE PETALUMA CITY CODE OF 1958 BY AMENDING ARTICLE 1, SECTION '6: 6 THEREOF TO PROVIDE FOR SALE OF ABANDONED BICYCLES AT THE END OF THREE MONTHS , NOW, T[JEREFORE, BE I -T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PETALUMA, AS FOLLOWS;: 'Section 1. Chapter 6, Article 1, Section 6. 6 is hereby amended to read as follows: All abandoned bicycles and unidentified bicycles _remaining in the hands of the chief of police shall, at the end of three months, be sold at auction. Ordered, posted - this 28th day of October 1963 AYES: 'Councilmen Battaglia, Brainerd, Cavanagh, Colin, Ellis, Gans and Mayor Van Bebber.
