Section 1. That the City Council

Commission on the 21st day of Sep -

adoption of an amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. by
reclassifying anu rezoning from a
C -H ana M -L Zone or District to a
C -N Zone or District that certain real
property more .particularly ana spe-
cifically bounded ana described as
follows, to wit:
Ali that certain land - situated in
the City of Petaluma, County of So-
noma, State of California, more
.particularly describea as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at a .point where the
easterly right -of -way line u1 Peta-
luma Boulevard North intersects
•the southerly right -of -way line of
West Payran Stieet; thence S 89
43'20" E along the southerly rignt-
of -way line of West Payran 557.75
feet; thence S 3 °53'30" E along the
westerly right -of -way line of the
P. & S. R. R. R. 317.46 feet; thence
generally S 88 °56' W through the
interior of A.P. 6- 05f.4i an- Awig
.the southerly boundary line of A.
P. 6. 051 -17: approximately 505 feet;
thence N-%11 W along the east-
erly right'of -way line of Petaluma
Blvd. No-,<350 feet to the point of
beginning:
Section 2. The City Council further
finds that said Planning Commission
held hearings on said proposed
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
No. 662 N.C.S., after having given
notice of hearing in the manner, for
the period and in the form required
by said Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S.
Section 3. That pursuant to Article
21 of said Zoning Ordinance No. 662
N.C.S., the City Council n e r e u y
adopts an amendment to said Zoning
Ordinance No. 662 N.C.S. so as to
reclassify and rezone said property
hereinbefore described from a C -H
and M -L Zone or District to a C -N
Zone or District.
Section 4. The City Council further
finds that the change is consistent
with the purposes of Ordinance No.
662 N.C.S. as described in Section
1 -100 thereof and that all require-
ments of the said Ordinance have
been met.
Section 5. The City Clerk be, and
she is hereby directed to publish this
Ordinance in the Petaluma Argus-
Courier, the official newspaper of
the City, including said map showing
'the description of said property to
be reclassified and rezoned hereun-
der, for the period and in the manner
required by the City Charter.
Ordered published this 21st day of
September, 1964.

I hereby certify that the whole number of members of the
Council of the City of Petaluma is seven, and that the foregoing
ordinance'was passed by the Council at its meeting of the 5th
day of October, 1964, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BATTAGLIA, BRAINERD, CAVANAGH, JR., COLIN
ELLIS, GANS, AND MAYOR VAN BEBBER.
NOES: NONE.
ABSENT: NONE.
