Council consensus to give direction to staff to revise the resolution to 1) Alter the
title to more accurately reflect the goal the resolution would seek to accomplish,
2) Define the baseline to which a 90% waste reduction goal would be measured,
3) Remove bullet 3.h of the resolution, which promotes land use policies to
encourage processing facilities, as that conflicts with previous Council direction.
Item to return at an upcoming City Council Meeting.
