February -- .....•• -• -- .................. 19�.8.•- WHEREAS, FEAT. 1014ES , INC. as owner (s) and Subdivider(s) has /have filed with this Council a tentative map propos- ing t subdivide land within this City to, be known as Sunrise Subdi- visic Phase I and have paid all required filing fees; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer, the Director of Planning, the Sonoma County Water Agency,, and the Planning have examined and re- viewed the same as required by law and all..reports, recommendations, . and comments thereon have been forwarded to and considered by this Council at its meeting held on Februa.r 6 , 1 978 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Council hereby finds as follows: 1. The proposed subdivision, together with provisions for its design and improve is consistent with the General Plan. 2. The proposed subdivision is compatible with the objectives, policies, general land uses, and programs specified in said General Plan. 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of develop- ment proposed. ,4. The site i.s' physically suitable ,for the proposed density of development. 5. The design'of the Subdivision, and the proposed improvements there ;for will not cause substantial environmental damage, and no sub- stant -al or avoidable injury will occur to 'fish or wildlife or their habitat. u , , 6. 'The design of the Subdivision and the type of improvements will not cause serious ms ublic health problems. p_ p e 7. The design of the Subdivision and the'type of improvements proposed will not conflict. with, easements, acquired by the public at large for access through or use of ''property within the proposed sub- division. 8.
