A. Introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute all Documents Relating to the Twenty-five Affordable Units in the Brody
Ranch Subdivision Including a Grant Deed Transferring Land to Housing Land Trust of
Sonoma County and the Sale of the Improvements to a Qualified Buyer Subject to
Affordability Restrictions; an Affordable Housing Agreement with Option to Purchase
and a Performance Deed of Trust with the Housing Land Trust to Maintain the
Properties in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program. (Castellucci)
Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of 54 Sig Sauer M400 Rifles and other
Associated Equipment in the Amount Not to Exceed $81,617.80, and Authorizing the
City Manager to Execute All Documents Necessary to Complete the Purchase.

C. Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Two 2020 Ford Fusion Energi Plug -In Hybrid Sedan
Titaniums from Downtown Ford Sales in the Amount of $62,182.27, Plus an Estimated

the City Manager to Execute All Documents Necessary to Complete the Purchase.
