RESOLUTION APPROVING OCCUPANCY FOR A.PORTION OF
ALDERWOOD SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, occupancy.has been requested for a part of
ALDERWOOD. Subdivision; and.,
WHEREA5,.the City Engineer has reported that the portion
of `the subdivision requested for occuparrcy be safe and
acceptable for such use, pending completion.of the remainder of
said. subdivision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED that the developer,.upon
the; following conditions, is hereby authorized to occupy Lots 21
through 26 and 40 through 4.6, on Redwood'Circle and S arah Way:
1. Occupancy of.the streets and public facilities is sub -
ject to approval. of . the City Engineer.

. 2. Occu anc..of the ndivdual° homes shall be accomplished
only upon final approval of the: Chief Building Inspector.'

3. The developer shall hold the city harmless for any dis-
ability arising in any manner from this,grant of occupancy per-
mission, or from the'use of facilities hereby permitted to be
occupied.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nothin,g herein shall be deemed
to constitute acceptance or final .approval of the public improve-
ments, either in whole o'r'in,,part, required to be constructed in
said subdivision.
