Resolution Approving a Goal of Zero Waste by 2030. (Beatty/Carter) ■ Direction to staff to revise the resolution to 1) Alter the title to more accurately reflect the goal the resolution would seek to accomplish, 2) Define the baseline to which a 90% waste reduction goal would be measured, 3) Remove bullet 3.h of the resolution, which promotes land use policies to encourage processing facilities, as that conflicts with previous Council direction. 5.
