CALL TO ORDER A. ROLL CALL - Kearney absent. CLOSED SESSION CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9: 1 potential case. The existing facts and circumstances based on which the City Council on the advice of the City Attorney has concluded there is significant exposure to litigation against the City consist of: public comments made by legal counsel for Safeway at the June 26, 2018 Planning Commission meeting pursuant to Section 54956.9(e) (4); correspondence to the City from Safeway legal counsel dated December I and 2, 2018, demand to cure or correct correspondence submitted to the City by Safeway legal counsel dated January 2, 2019, and the draft petition for writ of mandate Safeway legal counsel forwarded to the City Attorney on March 1, 2109, pursuant to Section 54956.9(e)(3). The correspondence from Safeway legal counsel, including the cure or correct correspondence and draft petition, is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Clerk in accordance with Section 54957.5. Approving G Request to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for the Allocation of Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Transportation Development Act Article 3 Pedestrian/Bicycle Project Funding. (St. iGhR/StUtSMGR� - Item was pulled from agenda and will return at the April 1, 2019 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting. B. Resolution to Approve the Proposed Project List for Fiscal Year 2019-20, Per the Requirements of Senate Bill 1 to Obtain Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account Funds. (St. John/Stutsman) - Continued to the April 15, 2019 Regular City Council/PCDSA Meeting. C. Setting Saturday, April 6, 2019 as the Date for the City Council's Annual Goal -Setting Workshop and Provide Feedback on the Draft Agenda. (Flynn) COUNCIL COMMENT - See video/minutes.
