Introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute all Documents Relating to the Twenty-five Affordable Units in the Brody
Ranch Subdivision Including a Grant Deed Transferring Land to Housing Land Trust of
Sonoma County and the Sale of the Improvements to a Qualified Buyer Subject to
Affordability Restrictions; an Affordable Housing Agreement with Option to Purchase
and a Performance Deed of Trust with the Housing Land Trust to Maintain the
Properties in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program. (Castellucci)
C. Consideration of a Letter to the California Public Utilities Commission Regarding

A. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Petaluma Approving the Issuance of

Principal Amount not to Exceed $25,000,000 for the Purpose of Financing the
Acquisition and Construction of River City Senior Apartments, and Certain Other
