A. Resolution Approving the Purchase of Replacement Generators from All Star Rents in
the Amount of $289,931.50 through Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program
and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute all Documents Necessary to
Complete the Purchase. (Beatty/Carothers)
Resolution Approving Award of a Purchase Order to Henry Curtis Ford of Petaluma,
California for Two Trucks with 2 -Yard Dumps, and Two Trucks with 5 -Yard Dumps for
the Public Works & Utilities Department and Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute all Documents Necessary to Complete the Purchase. (Carothers)

Ranch Subdivision Including a Grant Deed Transferring Land to Housing Land Trust of
Sonoma County and the Sale of the Improvements to a Qualified Buyer Subject to
Affordability Restrictions; an Affordable Housing Agreement with Option to Purchase
and a Performance Deed of Trust with the Housing Land Trust to Maintain the
Properties in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program. (Castellucci)
Introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance Revising Water System Regulations
