from the Russian and Eel Rivers has on the salmon population.

Commerce to Act Quickly to Declare a 2006 Pacific Salmon Disaster, as Provided
for Under the Magnuson -Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act,

Richard Brawn, Petaluma, spoke about flood plain development.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke about Sebastopol's flood plain use.
David Keller, Petaluma, felt that there was sufficient data to say, "stop
building in the floodplain."
Geoff Cartwright, Petaluma, spoke regarding the moratorium, which is
feels is inadequate.
