The existing facts and circumstances based on which there is significant exposure to litigation against the City involve the pending application submitted to the County of Sonoma on behalf of Kimberly Pfendler for vacation of part of an 1866 road easement that underlies Sonoma Mountain Road and continues onto the Pfendler property there the Pfend|erproperty adjoins the Ci1y'sLafferty Ranch property.
