Public Comment
Marshall West, Petaluma, Board of Directors, Petaluma Museum
Association, requested additional funding in order to support existing events
such as the Quilt Show, the Accordion Festival, Day of the Dead, Garden Tour,
the Gift Shop and Victorian Tea. He stated these are all wonderful events that
occur every year but they have noticed dwindling attendance. They are
seeking additional funding in order to put forth advertising in the media to try
to draw people to Petaluma to attend these events.
