Woodd, Water Resources and Conservation Utility Supervisor. • Update on Petaluma Health Care District's Health Education Programs by Teresa Jensen. - This item was continued to the 7:00 p.m. session due to technical difficulties. PUBLIC COMMENT Jessica Van Gardner, Petaluma Visitors Program, Petaluma, thanked Council for the TOT funds for Sesquicentennial Celebration, and also on behalf of the Petaluma River Authority thanks for improved security and conditions on the docks. She also spoke about a possible Petaluma Film Festival to be held this Fall, and the AMGEN California Bike Tour. David Yearsley, Petaluma, said he is delighted that the urinals at City Hall and the marina work without flushing and wondered if these could be available to commercial users elsewhere. The amendment provides for a one-month extension to April 30, 2008; release from the functions of the City Manager's position on or about December 3, 2007; compensation to be continued until April 30, 2008 using accrued vacation hours, and granting of an additional 352 hours of vacation. 5.
