Mayor Barrett opened GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT.
Katherine Bobrowski, Littlewoods Mobile Home Villas, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile
home park where she lives.
Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of social and political subjects.
Janice Cader Thompson, Petaluma, spoke regarding the Fire Services Ballot Measure
Presentation.
Sarah Peregoy, Petaluma, Petaluma Pesticide Workgroup, spoke against the use of synthetic
pesticides.
Marjorie Helm, Petaluma, Petaluma Pesticide Workgroup, spoke about the elimination of use of
synthetic pesticides in parks, playgrounds, and other public areas.
Ben Peters, Petaluma, told Council the item on the December 16th tentative agenda for the
purchase of generators should not be on the CONSENT CALENDAR.

Motion: Approve A. Resolution 2019-182 N.C.S. Accepting Claims and Bills for October
2019.; and, B. Adoption (Second Reading) of Ordinance 2697 N.C.S. (General
Fund), Ordinance 2698 N.C.S. (Enterprise Funds), Ordinance 2699 N.C.S. (Utilities Funds),
Ordinance 2700 N.C.S. (Internal Service Funds), Ordinance 2701 N.C.S. (Special Revenue
and Trust Funds), and Ordinance 2702 N.C.S. (Capital Projects and Debt Funds) to
Change Certain Appropriations for the Operations of the City of Petaluma from July 1,
2019 to June 30, 2020.
