Katherine Bobrowski, Littlewoods Mobile Home Villas, Petaluma, spoke of problems at the mobile home park where she lives. Peter Tscherneff, Petaluma, spoke on a variety of social and political subjects. Janice Cader Thompson, Petaluma, spoke regarding the Fire Services Ballot Measure Presentation. Sarah Peregoy, Petaluma, Petaluma Pesticide Workgroup, spoke against the use of synthetic pesticides. Marjorie Helm, Petaluma, Petaluma Pesticide Workgroup, spoke about the elimination of use of synthetic pesticides in parks, playgrounds, and other public areas. Ben Peters, Petaluma, told Council the item on the December 16th tentative agenda for the purchase of generators should not be on the CONSENT CALENDAR. Resolution 2019-182 N.C.S. Accepting Claims and Bills for October 2019.; and, B. Adoption (Second Reading) of Ordinance 2697 N.C.S. (General Fund), Ordinance 2698 N.C.S. (Enterprise Funds), Ordinance 2699 N.C.S. (Utilities Funds), Ordinance 2700 N.C.S. (Internal Service Funds), Ordinance 2701 N.C.S. (Special Revenue and Trust Funds), and Ordinance 2702 N.C.S. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Petaluma Approving the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the California Municipal Finance Authority in an Aggregate Principal Amount not to Exceed $25,000,000 for the Purpose of Financing the Acquisition and Construction of River City Senior Apartments, and Certain Other Matters Relating Thereto. (Castellucci) Housing Administrator Sue Castellucci Council Member Fischer Jim Wallen, Director of Development, PEP Housing Mayor Barrett opened the PUBLIC HEARING on Item 5.A. Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, asked who would pay for this project. Seeing no other persons wishing to speak, Mayor Barrett closed the PUBLIC HEARING on Item 5.A. Ms. Castellucci Motion: Approve A.
