Public comments are limited to three minutes per person. Depending on the number of persons wishing to address the Council, time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than twenty minutes. Please fill out a speaker card (available at the rear of the Council Chambers) and submit it to the City Clerk. Speaker cards for General Public Comment will not be accepted after the meeting begins. The Mayor will call on individuals whose names appear on the speaker cards. If more than three persons wish to address Council on the same topic, they are encouraged to select a spokesperson. Please be ready to step forward to the microphone as soon as the previous speaker has concluded his/her comments. (Col. Gov't. Introduction (First Reading) of an Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute all Documents Relating to the Twenty-five Affordable Units in the Brody Ranch Subdivision Including a Grant Deed Transferring Land to Housing Land Trust of Sonoma County and the Sale of the Improvements to a Qualified Buyer Subject to Affordability Restrictions; an Affordable Housing Agreement with Option to Purchase and a Performance Deed of Trust with the Housing Land Trust to Maintain the Properties in Petaluma's First Time Homebuyer Program.
