Janice Cunningham, Suncrest Hill Drive resident, would like to continue to keep the sense of
open space in the neighborhood and believes that open field fencing would keep that open
space feel. She is concerned that the height of trees & shrubs would be an issue due to
possible obstruction of the views of the valley and believes that there should be height limits.
She also noted that if solar panels are installed in the future, that there should be consideration
of the neighbors' views.
