PUBLIC COMMENT
Zen Destiny, Petaluma, said that he previously worked for the department of corrections in
another state, and called for a new method of execution for death row inmates. He called for
death row inmates to be euthanized with morphine.
John Stover, Petaluma, spoke about riding a bicycle on East Washington Street and said that
"one takes one's life into one's own hands." His son was riding his bicycle on the sidewalk facing
traffic and was fined $142. Further he stated, "That's three days' wages for an 18 -year -o/d kid."
He believed that fine was "predatory, vicious fund raising."
Linda Postenreider, Owner, Pelican Art Gallery, Petaluma, said she and her partner had a pretty
bad experience with the CGI folks. She believed the City needs video and it is critical to our
presence on the internet.
Katherine Bobrowski, Petaluma, said two state inspectors came to her mobile home park and
found cars parked in fire lane and no on-site manager. She is asking the police to start
arresting people.
