Planning Manager's Report Heather Hines, Planning Manager reported that the City Council reviewed the Fiscal Economic Impact Assessment for the Home 2 Suites project, which is a requirement for projects that meet certain thresholds. Council also reviewed an ordinance what was approved in 2018 allowing temporary measures of housing flexibility in the aftermath of the 2017 catastrophic fires, such as living in RVs and leniency in parking for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
