Chair Alonso opened public comment
Jeffrey Amtoft, Petaluma resident, was concerned that the glass could no longer be seen, He
noted that there were no other 3 -story buildings around and felt that the reduction in parking
was a bad idea. He stated that this was not the same building that was previously approved and
that it should go back to SPAR.
Stuart Curtis, Petaluma property owner, owns property on Alma Court behind the proposed
project. He stated that he is opposed to the density bonus because it will add four more units
and eliminate parking. He believes that if there is only one car per unit, cars will be parked on
Alma Court.

Steven Curtis, Petaluma resident, stated his concerns about parking and noted that Alma Court
has existing parking issues. He also noted that it shouldn't be assumed that the SMART station
