The proposed modifications shall be subject to SPARC approval in accordance with Section 26 -400 of the Zoning Ordinance. All conditions of design approval shall become conditions of the use permit. 2. Motion introduced by Commissioner Sobel, seconded by Commissioner Hilligoss that the remodeling by approved based on the recommendation from the Historic and Cultural Preservation Committee and subject to the following conditions: 1. All storefront exterior materials at 15 Petaluma Boulevard North shall match in color, texture, and substance those located at 17 Petaluma Boulevard North. 2. A sign permit shall be obtained from the Community Development and Planning. Department prior to the installation or painting of any sign at the project location. All.
