NORTH - USE PERMIT WITHDRAWAL (Tape. 11 - 179) Item 1_.362 - To-consider withdrawal of the previously approved use permit for a dance studio at 800 Yetaluma Blvd. North, and to the previously approved photo lab use permit at the same location. The public hearing was opened and closed. Motion introduced by Comm. Head, seconded by Comm. Lavin to recommend to the�city council approval the permit to operate a`limousing service oni'an as needed basis city wide subject to recommended findings and.condition.
